This part is the Generator Module for Ziehm 7000 / Vista / Quantum. There is a 90 day warranty for this part. (Core Required) - Core exchange refund discount applies if core exchange is returned within 30 days of purchase. CORE EXCHANGE REFUND (CORE CHARGE UPFRONT OPTION): $3500.
 
*Versioning: Please select 30V or 15V option. You can determine this by the type of filter board installed on your generator assembly. (See sample pictures)
 
**Notations: When sending in your core exchange or if choosing repair option, please ensure all covers are installed on the generator. Repair service does not cover physical damage to generator components. Core exchange not valid if phyiscal damage is sustained.
 
If you select the Repair Option, you will receive a separate e-mail with a return authorization form to send in your generator for repair. Contact us if you have any questions.

REPAIR OPTION: We do not include shipping costs. You will receive instructions with your return authorization once you complete checkout for further instructions.
You will receive a return authorization by e-mail after your complete your order online to send us your core exchange part.

Core Exchanges are handled in one of two ways.

1) Core Part Upfront: This means you send your core exchange part to us first, then after we receive and accept the part, we fulfill your order.

2) Core Charge Upfront: This means you pay a core fee in advance, and then once we receive and accept your core exchange part within 30 days, we refund you the core charge fee.
