Vision Imaging System
This part is the Vision Imaging System Flat Rate Repair service for the Ziehm Vision / Vision R / Vision RFD / Solo (V2 / NGP). There are no exchange options for this part. This part must be sent in for repair service. 90 day warranty for this repair. (Repair Option Only)
 
*Notations: Please select version of imaging system you are sending in for repair. It will be V2 or NGP. Please send attached brackets and attached boards with the imaging system. Make sure all mounting hardware is included which includes the top cover. If you just need a hard drive replaced, then please choose hard drive replacement service for either V2 or NGP. For hard drive replacement services, a 90 day warranty is given on just the hard drive.
 
**Versioning: V2 systems run global software 4.xx-5.xx. NGP systems run global software 6.xx-7.xx.
 
You will receive a separate e-mail with a return authorization form to send in your imaging system for repair or HDD service. Contact us if you have any questions.
