*Notations: Send generator with all covers. Do not send the virtual collimator. If you send the collimator, the collimator could be damaged in shipping. Generator repair service does not cover collimator or generator component physical damage.
 
Repair Option: You will receive a separate e-mail with a return authorization form to send in your generator in for repair. Contact us if you have any questions.
